Post AS-Exams!

Here is a summary of what has happened so far in the Summer Term 2009 of Concord:

We had our Sports meet!

Lie House were the champions this year!

The usual field events such as...
Long jump,
and the usual running were held.

Something new which I've never seen before is this:

Tug of war!
Lucas...wah so scary. =.=
Sanjay the current head boy.
Yew Hann was the anchor for Waldheim my house. :D

It's like I'm cursed to blue house forever.

Winston over here is cursed to green since he's in Hammers(Green House) again.
This me house! Waldheim! We weren't last!

And a random spore thingy...


After the Sports meet we had our photo-taking day!

We had half the day of school off!

And we also had a Masquerade Night thing which I didn't take any pictures of.

We then had the 6.2/Leavers' Ball where there was a GBP 10k chocolate fountain. =.=

And my team and I won 1st place beating the upper form 6s as well! Hehe. :D Click Here!

Then on the same day we also had the annual Concord College Talent Show where I was stage manager(no I'm not talented =.=)

And then we had our whole stretch of AS examinations for 2 weeks. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics bla bla....

And just after the exams last Saturday, Chase and Jerlynn organised a trip for 6.1s to go to a theme park, Alton Towers!

Around 40 or 50+ of us went.


The ride above is Oblivion. Yes you drop at a 90 degree angle downwards into a black hole in the ground. o.O
And this one is Rita, Queen of Speed or something like that as they called it.

The trip was fun except for one thing...
The rain. =.= That's Ratana up there. Haha.

There were so many duckies everywhere!

Laugh of the Day

So today we(Form 6.1 students) had a talk given by representatives from UCL, LSE, King's College and Imperial College.

They bombarded us with their outstanding statistics like Imperial being placed 5th just before Oxford and Cambridge and UCL giving birth to Nobel Prize winners like Alexander Graham Bell and what not.

Then they went on to tell us the requirements to get into each of the universities and the attractions nearby the campuses like Harrods and Selfridges and what not.

Finally came the time for Questions and Answers.

The lady calls out, "Any general questions guys?"

And one boy raised his hand and everybody stared at him with anticipation and curiosity.

He asked, "How far is Chinatown?"

And so, we all laughed! =D

HFM - Gah!

I've gots the Hand Foot Mouth Disease!!

I'm covered with blisters all over my hands, feet and my throat.

They are itchy sambil painful so I can really actually scratch them. T.T
You can't actually see 'em dots clearly here considering my other hand taking the picture kept shaking.

Anyways, I wouldn't want you guys being afraid of me because of my monstrous features. T.T

I first broke out with a fever after suffering a major migraine.

Initially,SOME people kept convincing me the headache was due to my excessive Pokemon playing and they turned out to be wrong! :D

Then soon came an unexpected fever and then a terrible sore throat which is actually due to blisters forming in the throat. -_-

Then comes the blisters all over the hands and feet which makes writing and walking nearly impossible.

Thank GOD I don't have any ulcers YET. -___-

ANYWAYS,

Don't be afraid to come near me! I'm still human! It only spreads through bodily fluids so just run away when I sneeze or urinate on you. Hehe. :D

And everything started to come out just as I was abou to leave KL.
Fantastic People! :D

And thank goodness I was upgraded to business class together with a few of my other friends!
If not I would have just died on that flight. -_-

I should be fine soon la!So don't worry.(Well at least for those of you who are worrying. For those who aren't worrying, well still don't worry cuz I ain't dying too. =) )

I just managed to fix my DSLR (D90) recently so here are some outdated pictures from last year:

And just after Christmas as we were exiting Keith Lim's house, we witnessed a cat getting killed by a dog.


Yes, this was the cat. This cute, cute cat was just trying to hide under the gate....

Little did it know...
A Rottweiler was observing it!!

The cat started hissing in an attempt to warn the massive dog. You think the dog care meh cat?

The Rottweiler sniffed the cat with no killing-related intentions. How did I know this? Well because just moments before I approached the Rottweiler and petted it without any problems and it just kept licking my hands.

Eventually the cat scratched the cute, lovely, harmless Rottweiler and of course the obvious happened:
The Rottweiler just bit it and "played" around with it.How unfortunate for the cat.

In the picture above, the cat was still alive, but still trying to scratch the dog. -_-

How stupid kan?
And the Rottweiler just gave the killing blow. *dotA sounds : GODLIKE!! KILLING SPREE!!*

Haha!!

Proves that cats are stupid.

Why didn't I help the cat instead of taking pictures of it dying?

Well because when I tried to pet it,it scratched me. -_-

Talk about karma.
